"I have no idea how many rooms I need right now. Why would I do this?"
-Most of the groups we work with don't know how many rooms they need, even as the date set gets closer... So It's totally fine. We DO NOT require you to know.
"I hate signing contracts."
-Great News! Terms of a contract can often be strict. We won't require one!
"I don't want to have to pay for rooms if we end up not needing them."
-Many hotels hold you to a minimum amount of rooms. NOT US.
"I don't want to commit to a specific amount of rooms and have to pay for them if they aren't needed."
-Many hotels make you commit to a specific amount of rooms [by "blocking"] and then pay the difference if they aren't all used or canceled by a specific time. NOT US.
"Arranging an event is such a hassle..."
-You're right but not this part of it. You're stressed with planning, so we make the process as simple as possible for you.

-No. The rates quoted are honored through the day of the event. Subject to availability.
"Do you set a cutoff date when my attendees can no longer reserve?"
-No. Reservations can be made through the day of the event. Subject to availability.
